For an installation, first displayed at Klosterkielhof Park, near Bremen, Brixel modelled a fleet of pyramids. Parabolas and vertexes created a coordinating system that defined their position and height as they moved along the crests of waves in all directions. Interpretations have likened them to Buddhist temples, memories of the Alps or the Apennine Mountains, mysticism and echoes of ancient cultures. Friend Johannes Cernota composed "Air Sculpture" for the installation. Every pyramid has a symbolic name. "Temple", carved in onyx, has a transparency and meditative tone that reflects the essence of the work.
